1/3 daikon radish, peeled and cut into 3/4 inch think chunk
2 boiled eggs, peeled
1 konnyaku, cut into large triangles
2 ganmodoki (tofu fritters)
6 fish paste cakes - of your choise (chikuwa, hanpen, satsumaage)
4 kombu
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sake
3 cup dashi
PUT 3 cups of dashi soup stock in a large pot
ADD sake, soy sauce and sugar
PLACE ingredients in the pot
BRING to a boil and then turn down the heat to low and keep simmer for about 2 hours
ARRANGE into individual bowls
