Salted Salmon - 鮭の塩焼き

15 minutes very simple, fresh salmon dish

Grilled fish with salt is common dish in Japan. Fish contains a wide variety of important nutrition for health including vitamins, minerals, proteins.

PLACE the salmon in household fish grill
SEASON with a little bit of salt – set the grill temperature ‘medium’
GRILL about 7 minutes, then TURN the fish over and grill about 5 min
ARRANGE individual plates
